You'll obviously have to fully furnish it (furniture, tv, bedding, linens, kitchenware, etc) if it's a vacation rental. 

Get some of those fake cc tv cameras that have a blinking light 5 hat makes them look like they are always recording.  

I'm not a lawyer and I dont play one on tv.

We market to friends, charities, media (including USA Today and TV), social media, etc to find customers that aren't going to be looking for the cheapest accommodations but know, like and trust us so they stay in our properties.

People might assume that it’s a long term rental instead of a short term rental because of the way it looks to the average viewer.
