Every college in the country will have thousands and thousands of students working and going to school or student athletes spending 50+ hours a week on their sport.  

Finding a way to get tenants to pay something, like by offering to finance a cheap camera device if they don’t have a smartphone, would make the app more valuable.

You could also possibly make it work with one of the sports teams.Butte County (Chico) grew in population last year at about the same rate as the state.

The use of those time/labor saving devices was prohibited after multiple contractors broke gas lines, sewer lines, and other underground infrastructure while installing new water services.

My theory is the police feel bad for anyone driving a minivan and would rather spend their time giving tickets to people in sports cars or luxury sedans.

What income can be generated from food marts (lottery tickets, junk food, cigs, sports drinks, etc). 

I did a sports travel tour that took us into town for a couple days and fell in love with the small town feel and baseball heaven.

I can tell you that Tampa has everything, from major sports teams to beaches and theme parks.

Some make the transition better than others, but rarely will I find a sub sporting an Ivy League degree and breeding.

It goes from Steve to Bill and then to Mary, Spend spend spend--until they are living on a park bench like so many sports stars have done.Just my 2 cents!
