I went to school at western, trying to find a couple properties back that way to invest with my brother that lives in grand rapids.

Their headquarters is in western PA, but I live/invest in Central PA and they have many branch offices in this area.I'd also check with local credit unions and other small/mid size regional banks. 

I live in Bucktown but most investments are in north and western burbs.

None of my current buyers want the property, but they are all local in western/central Mass, this property is on the coast.

I’ve met and heard a lot about new western in my area.

I still sell deals fairly routinely in the near western suburbs that show double digit COC returns.
