What do you all think about finding something in the Salt Lake Valley area?

Want to expand - I think after our next big project is completed that I mentioned we will have mostly everything down that I want to transfer on to the next one.If you search for my name I'm sure you can find some replies I've put about the topic - take it with a grain of salt - I'm still learning lots and have plenty to learn, but we've made it 2 years as a team and I think have made great strides over the previous ownership. 

The commute from stansbury park to salt lake city takes the same amount of time as commuting from west jordan to the city (with all the traffic and everything).

We build force fields around everything or we evaporate the oceans until there is nothing left but salt. 

Labor and material cost could be way different for you than me (good or bad), so take my number with a grain of salt.

I think The National Association of Realtors gives forecasting, I take some of it with a grain a salt but it may help point you in the right direction.

Do you salt every visit or restrict that to only certain times/times?

(I too used this structure when I first started investing stateside, until I learned the ultimate tax rate by the time it reached my hands was 58% - again, everyone's situation is different so take that with a grain of salt, LOL).  

Any Short Sale Negotiator worth their wait in salt, will negotiate the "best" possible exit for the Property Seller.Just giving out numbers will not get an answer.
