Sadly, we had to walk away.

Sad thing, it happened one week before closing. 

I'm avoiding the phone calls from those asking me to "discuss issues with them" as this typically means some sob story about their sad and depressing life on how they screwed up royally more than once and how I, as a landlord, am supposed give them one more chance by turning over to someone who has made many mistakes in their life a property worth many thousands of dollars.  

I am so sad and sick over this how in the world could this happen to us.

It will show a negative growth from the projected growth but it will still continue to grow and they estimate adding 40,000 jobs overall in 2015.Also as sad as it sounds when people lose their jobs and have to sell that is when true investors buy and the people that sell downsize and become renters and that actually drives rent prices up.

I'm not sad to see it.

Hey @Josh Russell - sadly, it is the whole thing.

I’ve sadly seen people drop out four or five months in because they couldn’t afford it and had to go back to work.

Also, sadly, "Deal" can be a loaded word--> What type of investing are you looking to get into?

It’s really sad that you guys have to babysit.
