Perhaps include a section on drugs and how they affect a lease.You then aren't accusing her of anything, haven't singled her out, and hopefully she will read between the lines and understand that you "know" what's going on.

I am all for tenants being allowed to have their pets in fact I allow pets (with deposit and approved application of course) in all my personal rentals, however the government is allowing these tenants to take advantage in this situation.FYI my mother has MD and my father has mental disabilities so I see the importance of the fair housing laws but this girl seems perfectly fine to me, I think she is a professional tenant.A German shepherd puppy can do way more damage then her security deposit will cover.

This also allows a lot more hands off moderating if someone is mad that someone else is getting votes in a specific forum (even if they've been been up to the very thing they're accusing other people of for 6 months) the mods need not intervene because the system is backed by a commodity of time and the impartial element of time will correct it.
