I am not sure where you are buying, but if it is in fact a good area and has fundamentals such as job growth, population growth, etc. then I would recommend you move on this one quickly.Remember…pics on line cannot necessarily be relied upon…in person is what tells you the real story.Do you know what the cap rates are for the area for B+ assets?

I feel like I have more than the fundamentals down in my head and on paper (created excel calculators, etc), have financing in order (Line of Credit, Cash, Mortgage Broker), and now just need to take the next step and invest into the right property.
