Rates are high currently, floating from SOFR + 300-700  or PRIME + 200 - 500 with a lot of these lenders (10% - 13%)Happy to chat on this too - DM me if interested!

I am also thinking about writing an article on my blog I have a few ideas floating around I want to share. 

SO on this thread I am guessing you have those that dont make a ton of money monthly but have the will power to save and invest.. those are investors who are relying on real estate to float their boat.. 

Whatever floats your boat and you can afford.

From a financial perspective when you consider the cost of eviction, turnover and vacancy in normal times compared to floating someone you know to be a good tenant for a while while the world loses its mind it's hard to say how you come out ahead.

And now this...I'll just have to become a branch of the government and float my tenants rents...nobody even know how long this will last... 

I understand that it might be aggravating in the short term, and might need to float some mortgage payments. 

But hey.. whatever floats your boat mate ! 

So i have attempted to update my profile photo everyday for the past 5 days. i set the photo hit apply it looks like its loading then it vanishes and i still have no photo.... my banner photo updated just fine but for some reason i cant change my profile photo...... am i missing something?
