Wow, This is why I love this site.

I am from southern California and it will be my first time acquiring any properties for investment purposes.I will actually be visiting the area with my parents 11/23 - 11/26 and will be glad to meet with any lenders, investment specialists, sales agents, property managers, on here from the area, who is knowledgeable and helpful in regards to first time investor needs and interests.Since I am new on here, I am looking for any general tips, suggestions, links, and directions on this site on where I can find more useful information in attaining my goals.Thank you in advance and I wish everyone the best.Chris

I LOVE Bigger Pockets and this is actually my second time getting on this site (I have since matured, got my licenses, and realized how serious investing is) and I have been reading and listening to as much as I can.

At the end of the day (at least where I am) they're both considered site-built homes so there's no stigma or difference in appraisal. 

I'm guessing there is no lease so this situation is a little more complicated than a typical eviction which is generally because a tenant isn't paying rent or abiding by terms of a lease agreement.  

Management goes through rent rolls and finances of prospective sites, and I do physical inspections, gather certificates, check and estimate vacant and contracts, etc.It's usually an additional service in my experience, but works out well when we start take over new contracts.

But only if you can get equal or better value in another site.
