@Colin Zhu  is one Gabriel you should contact regarding this epic event .I have been doing real estate for 4 decades and in the out of state turn key space since 2002and I frankly have never seen anything like this.. don't beat yourself up@Gabriel Martinez   but also don't let the perpurtrators of this massive what appears to be fraudgo away without having your voice heard.

From Sep - May, I rent to the extended stay market by the semester and I list on the academic sites which are either free or MUCH cheaper than any of the STR platforms.

Seems like excuses from both sides, except for the few voices of reason encouraging the wholesalers to  get it together and stop trying to play games with finding loopholes that appear to make you(wholesaler) seem quite delusional.Best of luck and much wealth and prosperity to all!

Add watermark with your phone number (I use google voice, so can turn off when rented) and company name  all your pictures, so that is in the stolen ads, too.As for where I get people - facebook is a big one, but I don't place the ad there, just let it propagate from apartments.com and from tenantcloud (paid sub).

Since then, we have established that our communication will only be via email and text, and text messages are only for urgent matters, such as if the painters are coming in or if any repair personnel is coming in to address some repairs that they voiced out.

All of these things combined show that our rights, and our votes are being so eroded that soon we will lose our voice and representation.
