In fact, new legislation passed just last September, 2017 clarified the rights of wholesalers to do exactly what I just described.

Or is it that so money people have set out on the wholesaling path, didnt learn what the needed to learn, did terrible deals, and caused legislation to be passed to cause a barrier to entry for wholesaling?

Even if you're uncertain what to say or talk about just having the courage to do something which may seem foreign will go a long way.The multi-family arena is a great play for a person who is really good with numbers and has a strong vision.
