@Ryan Evans- A general solicitation is basically when you spam people with an offer to invest with you and you don't know them yet.

by the time the demo work is done and you're ready to tackle the bigger parts of the job, the long form will be approved.You won't be able to pull a permit unless you have a license.  

If you start getting spam or once you are done with that particular add, you can disable that email address and use a different one for the next add!

In some cases it is probably more like the guys who go crazy when they make a tackle and their team is losing by 20 :)I agree with the OP that it isn't a smart idea at all.
