I'd get a bid from roof contractor to document the damage of the dish install.Take photo's of all the spots on the roof, in the brick, any interior sheet rock holes needed to be patched, and of the garage door lower panel, you can get a replacement panel usually for that.I'd charge them for it all. you could experience roof leaks in the future from this terrible install they did.Keep receipts to show replacement costs.Get the move out statement for security deposit sent out per your state guild lines so you don't miss the date.In the future,, either get your property wired for cable or expect this to happen again.Poof the cable guy came and your house turns into spaghetti junction..

The backyard of the house has 6 foot tall wood fence except for a 15 foot gap near the front, where there is a chain link fence instead.The fence person wants $375 to put new fence in (two wood panels).
