Long story short is that I was super excited to get the house which is a 3 bedroom 1 bath slab on grade house and about 925 square feet with attached 1 stall garage in a well established older neighborhood.

@Josue Vargas I am currently rolling a 401k that I had with a former employer into a SDIRA, once I fund that account I can now invest in real estate, multi family , stocks and bonds, precious metals, lend out the money , and even race horses if I choose and a few other things.

Rather than put the cart before the horse, I guess it will be best to wholesale as much as possible and if a problem does come up, try to partner with someone who is more experienced and learn from them.
