I am not an attorney, but I think you would be pretty hard pressed to get into legal trouble for "directing" a tenant to a place where they can get screened.

He is pressing charges and the police are involved.

With one press of a key  you can run a Profit and Loss Report to see your bottom line, and you can run a Profit and Loss Report per class to see how much money each property made you or cost you. 

The mattress is directly on the floor pressed against the wall, and there is no pipe or bathroom in that wall...we had all the basement walls sealed, and new sheetrock put up, and laid new concrete  footings all around the house to keep water away.

Portland is getting a ton of positive press for the food and beer scene and it's really becoming a destination best enjoyed when the summer tourist crowd clears out.

You'll be hard pressed to find 30 yr amort but some local banks will do them every so often.
