Depending how far along the administration process is, ask the PR (personal representative) for Letters Testamentary (if decedent left a will) or Letters of Administration if no will.

I may still utilize seller financing on some deals before retirement, but the more I consider it there just seems to be better ways to have an income stream, minimize taxes and become less involved in the day-to-day administration of the business.

If you develop a pattern of obtaining an FHA loan every 12 months, that's a red flag, too.You don't have to worry about government jackboots coming to your home (if they could find you) to arrest you--although considering the current administration, anything is possible. ;-)

I'm assuming the conversion cost, both the repairs and administrative, would be high, so I wonder if it'll be worth it at all.
