Which would accommodate someone either wanting to go passive. 

Questions I would ask are how old are your children and would you need to make special accommodations to make special accommodations based on that?

We as the Exchange Accommodating Title Holder have a mortgage to you for $500K and to the lender for $1.5 K.When your old property sells you have to pay off all debts so the $420K mortgage and the $500K heloc are paid off at closing and approx $230 goes into your exchange account. 

Although sellers usually pay that in reality the price of the house is bumped up to accommodate it.

Aren’t DST’s essentially syndication deals, but with much lower returns (though they do accommodate 1031 exchanges)?

Most title companies here can accommodate closing that fast, especially if you have an existing relationship with the firm.Hopefully, that helps a little.

Hard to do I know, but I would explain that this is your business and unfortunately I cannot accommodate your request.  

:)  And if soAnd if we take this a step further, we can say that what started as inherently bad consumer debt in the form of a car loan, was converted into not so bad debt...And from here, there is certain logic that is applicable relative to how we act and what we buy in order to accommodate a system of off-setting our debt service for our toys by putting other people in charge of carrying the debt.
