I'd echo @Stan Sugarman suggestion to visit on different days/times.I have found rental houses in SE and SW Atlanta to be profitable, but I also believe it is riskier than investing in more affluent areas.

I own something at  times I want to offload but I'm not saying that to sell it per se, just a thought if you wanted to PM me we could talk more seriously about it there. 

@Manpreet Jagur Please be aware that Real Wealth Network is not a turnkey provider per se, but a referral brokerage to providers in different markets. 

I'm in the NYC metro area, not Rochester but as far as I'm aware there are no state licensing requirements for landlords per se.

I'm sure it's market dependent but in SE Michigan I am not seeing the advantage.  

There is nothing wrong with services like Angies List and Yelp per se.....but understand that companies and individuals with high ratings on there are people who are good at requesting reviews from satisfied clients.

To be fair, I did see several duplexes in DC under $500K in SE - Congress Heights, Trinidad and NE (near Bladensburg Road and the MD line).

Deanwood/Benning Rd area I like a lot more than AnacostiaPG County in Mt Ranier and Hyattsville, College Park, Beltsville, Greenbelt all offer good upside, with less risk than say in SE DC.
