The posts I write on my own website tend to be very much in this vein of focusing on the philosophy behind the tactics.  

My primary strategy to find deals will be sending out post cards and yellow letters, from what I have researched on bigger pockets people seem to have a good amount of success using those tactics, as long as they are persistent.

@Sam Wilson we have had a bunch of unique tactics come through our door.

She is correct that when leverage is evident or when one is able to stand his/her ground, then negotiation 'tactics' are moot.

Has anyone tried the tactic that Robert Allen uses in creating wealth in real estate with low money down?

It's not about just the legalese - it's also about using tactics (clauses) that keep good tenants there and happy while maximizing your profits.

Is this a real estate tactic to get people to bite on properties or am I just making a bigger deal out of this than it actually is and has anyone else had similar misleading situations?
