@Dan Ward I've also been told the trend in colors atm is a Revere Puter gray and a Shaker beige.

(SIDE NOTE: In a 70's model you will probably see the hard (polybutylene pipe) gray looking lines for your plumbing.

If they are passive, then they are a limited partnership and you should register it as a securities offering.There is probably some gray area on what your partners need to do, but talk with your attorney on that one.
