I have a 1 bedroom Condo in a gated community in Santa Fe NM, 10min driving time from beautiful Down Town SF Plaza, 20min from Santa Fe ski basin and access to walking/biking trails to all areas of Santa Fe.

I wish there was a bit more oversight and guidelines to keep people from abusing the opportunity out of the gate.

The back gate will not close and therefore leaves the yard open to the back alley.

Basically, I’m looking at land between Houston and San Antonio near I-10 that I can buy a few acres, put up a fence and gate, and rent out spaces to park vehicles and trailers.

Out of the gates we'd self manage, but would leave the possibility of outsourcing it later.Would love feedback on the numbers.

How much more for Private parking on the side of the house with gate protection.

It needs probably $30-50,000 invested in it to replace fences, gates, add cameras, etc.
