A lot of banks still pretend it's 1900, so a transfer to another bank involves someone getting on a horse and riding over to the other bank; the horse food costs $30-$50 and the transfer takes a few days to show up.

@Nathan G.Great points.I suppose my thinking is similar to if I was running a company and understanding that if my employees are happier to be at work, chances are the majority will be more motivated to perform even better than expected thus helping the company succeed (I.e better health benefits, onsite food options, weekly employee recognition, free coffee, onsite free gym access during breaks/lunch, etc.).

I have built over 200 ft of block walls (slump stone), retaining walls up to 5' tall on the property line, planted food trees (including my prized Hass Avocado), block and rock hardscape, designed and installed all irrigation, put in the sod, etc.
