@Matthew Barnett You definitely need a website these days, but don't think you need it just to start spamming people with ads and lead pages.

There are jobs you can do yourself depending on your skill set, I wouldn't tackle a roof. 

Just jump in and get wet tackling a deal. 

I've been looking for an online real estate community for a while but most of the others I've found have been high on spam, low on community.

some of them don't require any due diligence, but it is nice to have a flexible client.however, i just joined this site today and don't want to seem like i am spamming, but i am sure you will find an investor.

To be honest, my lady wears the tool belt in the relationship and I'm just hired muscle, but I'm very confident in her vision, skills and execution, and I think there's very little that we wouldn't be able to tackle in terms of fixing up our first property.

Lookin for opinions on if this is one you would tackle or run without looking back.
