You can lead a horse to water but....you can't make them think (sic)

I learned much more about racehorses and horse farms on Saturday than I did about flipping houses! 

We have a huge World Equestrian Center that will be marketed heavily in September or October and I have spoken to one of their realtors, who said my place will be ideal for a developer or for someone with major money to set up their trainer and horses while they live in Golden Ocala so they won't have to pay the extremely high prices for tiny farms within the Equestrian Center.  

Idk though, perhaps this is a ‘if I told them they needed a faster horse, they would have told me to screw’ situations... anyways, love all these theorheticals.

Its like dangling a carrot in front of a horse!

Hello BP Community,I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home (duplex, 1 side is renter occupied) on an FHA loan in Vancouver, Washington.I have paid my earnest moneyI was initially given a closing date...

Now we are buy property to build a home and mini farm for horses and ???.  

Are they stalling and hoping for a buyer who doesn’t ask for a contingency to fix the violations?

Luckily I've devised a system to get tools and supplies into Waikiki without needing a parking stall.

I'm certainly hoping this is something that can be the horse I ride off into the sunset with lol.
