I spoke w/ them last night and discovered that they have 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 4, and 1) and 2 dogs living in a 2bd 1 ba.... their existing lease didn't specify the dog breed... but she answered honestly and told me that one was an American Stafford pit bull (terrier)... i.e. it's not a dangerous dog, but comes from the pit bull blood line and insurance companies still ban it, so I told her this would be a problem.  

My timing was very poor but I expected more of the same I had seen in my adult life.And I had all of my money in the 401k because I was told it’s a great option and you can’t lose.

I tried to work with them, but it was getting out of hand and eventually I had to let them know what I was fed up and tired of playing baby-sitter to a grown set of adults!

In my experience from the family side a conservatorship is for the monetary aspects of  an incapacitated adult and a guardianship is for making other decisions such as medical care.   

If the tattoo is of the American flag versus a jailhouse tattoo of sexual organs it makes a big difference. 

Alex Franks I think adults should play Cashflow game but for kids monopoly is best.
