Do you have someone in the industry sending you constant money makers?

I really just want to dive in head first and learn as much as I can so I can make real estate investing a long term career.

The tech industry has replaced most of the old vanguard steel makers and manufacturing companies, although some of them are still around.  

I think this is what most people miss when they think 'scaling'.When you start making money in real estate and want to make more, very often one must take the plunge to hire more staff, outsource more tasks to allow you to do more of the more money maker activities.  

Dust build up could imbalance the fan and lead to vibration and noise.

Go with your basic, no frills variety - top freezer, NO ice maker, metal wire shelves and fairly indestructible. 

@Ryan Duchak: I tried a few years ago and it was tough to even speak with someone that was a decision maker. 

The problem was...I had no cash at the time haha. as you can see, this could make real estate investing...well...more difficult. so I put real estate investing on hold, lived life, and saved money (at the time being a plumber apprentice). so now as of 2023 I'm happy to say I'm ready to make move  in the world of real estate investing!

The time I dressed up was an inital lunch meeting with the small town bank CEO with an REO, the decision-maker, and he was carrying the paper.

Allow the owners to leave any personal property they want to - some sweat equity can make your offer stand out and can really be the difference maker to some sellers3.
