I know very little about legal precedent but I'd expect the major meter manufactures (selling into the utility space) to be well incentived to challenge these items best they can, and they have money.Here are the issues, and the reasons that the difference between an air forced system and a boiler/hydronic system are not meaningful for this discussion (ie efficacy issues of sub metering exist for either when method of measurement is measuring heat at point of delivery):In either case, the blower (or pump for a boiler) is the method of 'moving' either air (central air) or water/glycol or equivalent (boiler etc). 

@Spenser Harding you are right on the money, and speak from the perspective of someone who has invested using a variety of methods + gotten in the trenches with a BRRR.

I went to the ATM to today to see if I could just start withdrawing my funds from the account that way but since I have several virtual accounts with funds in each one and baselane only issued one debit card for the "main" account, it won't let me pull the funds from the additional accounts.

Also, do you have any idea what you'd like to do in terms of the method of investing? 

BUT I still understand the point that most people made, these are not concrete/stick built structures with conventional building methods, and it is owner/operator, and it's a volatile industry, and its 50min from the Gatlinburg hotspot, and the main house is a double wide, etc.I guess my dream would be that an owner that wants to live and work in one place can buy this property, live in the main house and self manage the property.

Some recommend the STACK method also.

I understand that BRRRR would provide more cash flow, but from what I've read this method also requires more time and investment.
