Shared laundry meant a fifth utility meter and high water costs that I paid.

I grabbed my multi meter and showed them the voltage in the water . 

Water in San Diego is real expensive.  

By improvements I mean that there is power, water and sewer/septic installed and working.

I don't think any water is coming into the crawlspace other than the plumbing leaks in pipes running under the house.   

It also has the benefit of being local which is great training wheels as you learn how to be a killer host.Now assuming that you mostly want a cool property to stay in sometimes near water and don't want to spend a ton of time managing I really like the outer banks in NC.

What is the best overall water metering company you have found when it comes to ease of installation, reliability, and the cost of the equipment and monitoring?

A lot of these folks dont want to share their own distuation out in public, so it may be a bit less "social" imo. but creating content around you buy houses / seller reviews and explainng the process at the very minimum will add a huge credbiliity boost to your website and will warm you a lot of seller leads before you ever speak to them!

I am confident that the 3 water heaters and 3 HVAC systems I put in place since Summer 2024 will give me some peace of mind in 2025 and beyond... for those properties.
