If people move around a lot each year in our area it takes close to a 1 month 40 viewers to lease but 1 week and 5 viewer to purchase.  

Make sure your pictures are good, your description is well written, and try to add a walk-through video that makes it easier for viewers to get an idea of layout, neighborhood, etc.

As a guy who had a real estate forum I guess the politically correctness is important but lack of it also bring viewers back faster, thus increasing the site value from an advertising standpoint...

Idea:Limit the page views for a none reqistered viewer.

At a movie, the viewer is there to watch the 40 ft screen.

When I moved the house was on the market for 12 hours and the first of 5 viewers schedule rented it.
