As the economy continues to open up, vaccines are rolled out and people are more comfortable getting together, one thing I am excited about is to start attending real estate conferences and networking events again.  

Plus, the vaccine is getting rolled out which will curb the spread tremendously.

I'm hoping the local REIA (the RING) starts back up again soon, but in the meantime I'd love to have coffee with anyone else who's up for it, especially now that I'm fully vaccinated (woohoo!). 

Require vaccination and registration records, but get them directly from the vet.

The thing is interest rate is going up as we've been vaccinated.

However, since the vaccine rollout started, I saw more and more people moving back to the bay, and I'm confident most tech companies in the bay area are going to adopt a hybrid working model instead of a 100% remote model, which still requires people to live close to the offices/campuses.3.

Would recommend all of your workers be vaccinated or tested for TB and Hepatitis 1 and 2.
