I hate to fall victim to the fear of what banks and our currency is doing right now, but we are going to go ahead and finish our long term rental investments first and see how the banks and economy is doing, I feel as vacationers alone is going to dip a bit this year so I am going to hold off until we have a little more income source coming in from rentals first..

Agree with you and Mike - they are a lovely way for southern Italy to attract vacationers to love and care for previously abandoned land, but that is about it.

I thought tons of condos would be hitting the market with reduced vacationers, but its seems like everyone is holding on to their properties, or they are being sold off market.
