If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

They cover the counties with online access to public records (over 2200 counties). 

The only costs are hourly wages to an assistant to respond to the tenants if something comes up like a question about the online payment portal system or something else.

From what I can tell, the extra equity on the house could be utilized to provide better ROI.

This is a common misconception but we're an online platform where the owner chooses their own price and selects their own tenants.

The FF rates in my zipcode are higher than I expected and their quality is less than what I'm bringing online!
