I have two properties with MSHB and plan to keep using them in the future. 

Figuring out the best areas to invest can be a game-changer.

We fully remodeled two of them, taking them down to the studs.

I am planning two ADU's at two separate properties, I'll trade a large yard for additional income all day long.

I’m pretty sure if your eyes go straight to an air vent, that is bad design 😂😂😂😂 I knew the game room needed a refresh but if that was the focal point I guess it was worse than I thought lol

My business partner has two STRs adjacent to ours that has several 1-bed units that rent very well during the week. 

Yup, every other entity I've seen doing flat fee is just playing a pricing game, it's not based on systems and operations being set for such, there just doing marketing or riding our tailcoat.
