Many times because I rent to blue collar folks they tend to fix or troubleshoot their own problems or have a connection to a reasonable repairman who is usually friends or family.For an out of state investor relying on a PM I don't have any experience.

Someone with the most basic IT skills (laptop, cell phone, basic modem/router/cabling trouble shooting) type of skills.We have about 200 clients (property owners) in the greater Kissimmee area and we occasionally need to send someone to their rental property to handle these cases.
