As someone who works in brokering self storage facilities, and is working to buy my own, I'd love to help you troubleshoot your property.

Every property is unique to some extent...if you are unfamiliar with a property, or the fundamental systems of the type of properties you are investing in, how can an app efficiently troubleshoot issues that arise?

Record a video for common maintenance problems and when a tenant has an issue, make them watch the video and troubleshoot the problem. 

.- Troubleshooting any maintenance issues or building upkeep, gathering estimates from multiple vendors when there is a larger repair to be made- Following up on all repairs & maintenance that was done to ensure it was handled properly

I  haven't personally worked on them but maintenance guys from a hotel I'm remodeling tell me they're really easy to troubleshoot and fix when they do have issues... and they're very quiet.

While a partner can help with finances, they can also help with troubleshooting and brainstorming through purchase/sale, tenant/landlord, financial and other issues.  

Will the manager send an electrician who charges &125-$150 just to diagnose or will the manager send in a handyman who will charge $20 per hour and can help complete basic troubleshooting?

@James Miller I have a troubleshooting tips document I give to all my tenants at lease signing with all of those common things.

Thankfully moving to the area in about 10 months so I would be able to troubleshoot these things on my own
