I am in the Triangle area of NC.

What would be a great deal there might not be such a good deal in certain areas of the Golden Triangle. 

I am open to investing in other areas, like Fayetteville as well as Raleigh, Durham (pretty much around the triangle).

What does everyone here think about the market in the Research Triangle of NC?

Latest data just came out. Austin is at 5.5% down from 6.8% for July. DFW is at 6.3 compared to 7.6% in July. Houston is at 8.1 down from ,5% in previous month. San Antonio is at 6.6 down from 8 in July. Texas overall...

As far as overall volume of air though in the attic, the half/knee walls will reduce size of attic and the upstairs attic is obviously a triangle shape, not a cube, so if i remember my 9th grade geometry, this is half the volume of air per floor sq footage.

The triangle area seems too stable for me to find good investment opportunities.

Hey Chris I'm pretty sure that over here in the Triangle area a property can be put on the MLS by wholesalers.
