Latest data just came out. Austin is at 5.5% down from 6.8% for July. DFW is at 6.3 compared to 7.6% in July. Houston is at 8.1 down from ,5% in previous month. San Antonio is at 6.6 down from 8 in July. Texas overall...

As far as overall volume of air though in the attic, the half/knee walls will reduce size of attic and the upstairs attic is obviously a triangle shape, not a cube, so if i remember my 9th grade geometry, this is half the volume of air per floor sq footage.
