It's just strange when we have charges for 100, 200, 650, etc, and they have no proof to back it up.Does anyone else does this?

@Kelsey Outram I used to find it strange, but it's not that uncommon... we actually have several owners who rent and own rental properties.

I can tell you to stay away from where you see a lot of strange foot traffic (people walking but not exercising or walking to work..with glassy eyes).

The actual closed price was $55,000, so unless I clicked the 'correct information' button and requested they update it looks very strange unless you went and looked at the actual recorder info like @Wayne Brooks suggested.

People are strange!

Make sure to do your due diligence well, because it is strange for someone to let it sell this cheap today. 

@Edison Reis I find it strange that less than 10% say homeownership is a goal, but almost 40% own their home.... my take is that they are starting later, mostly due to student loan debt.

@Jay Hinrichssouth carolina is owner friendly as it relates to parks..Jay for some reason even though i started this thread i didn't get any notifications of anyone responding to it. . . strange, but anyways I have been contacting park owners in SC and NC so hopefully something will come up.

They also report it to the inspector in town which I found it to be very strange...

It seems strange doing this remotely,  but she's confident that it could be done.
