Note: I'm not making any assumptions of why anyone's doing here, but this is an area we should be helping each other recognize is a rapidly changing space, particularly with things like STIR/SHAKEN (hopefully) on the horizon to help all us better distinguish between legitimate and spoofed Robo-dialers. 

This has to be a troll account meant to stir the pot and get a RE investor to say something embarrassing so it can then add flavor to an anti-landlord hit piece.  

This is apparently what stirred the pot.

It's hard to go wrong anywhere on the south, east, or north sides of downtown, especially if you are comfortable with buy and hold, although the city has recently released plans for a large development on the west side that is stirring some speculation. 

That was the point I was trying to make in my original post.And I didn't post it to stir up a hornets nest or to further my own benefit or personal position as I am not nor have I ever engaged in wholesaling property.

Been some good games stirring and more to arise.We have Bengals at San Fran, Den at Steelers, Ari at Philadelphia.

The OP often doesn't have a real gripe other than they don't like whom they're posting about and are simply looking to stir the hornets nest by creating negative press.
