So as you can see we are having a huge supply problem for new homes along side the cost sky rocketing and that would be here regardless of STRs.

The Return on Equity (ROE) has gone from really great to what I consider normal over the last 10 years as values have skyrocketed, rent hasn't kept up at the same pace, and loans have been paid down.

Since then, prices sky rocketed in 2020 during covid (go figure, the world on lockdown so prices skyrocket). this year, I pared back and sold 2 properties.By the numbers, I was a fool to stop buying in 2018, but noone predicted the 2020 market. also, rent prices have drastically increased in the last 12 months.
