I personally concur .. they charge 6k to join the club they bring in folks who have no experience and set them lose.. with so called training..

There are certain things that require experience that DIYers just can't get right or spend way too much time trying to do.

Also make sure you get reviews that speak to the experience you’re trying to promote.

I typically don't comment on other's businesses unless I know from personal experience.

And in order to defer all tax you must purchase at least as much as the aggregate net sales price of your properties.These all can seem daunting but in my experience exchanges are more successful than not.

I doubt I would hand the whole thing over to a developer, as I'm inclined to use the experience as a stepping stone in my career. 

Questions they will have is who is the owner, what experience do they have, is their key person insurance against them etc.

All channels can work, but in my experience, the greatest oppportunities often pop up when you know exactly what your returns need to look like and keep your ear to the ground in your market.
