In fact they a couple hundred of them started two resident owned communities right across the street from these greedy and selfish individuals. 

He recognizes & acknowledges who has the power, learns the hot buttons, gets in harmony with the horse & simply guides & encourages - nothing more.That is the job, guide & encourage the client & remove your selfish need to be recognized as a hero of sorts or you must win because in the end, your interests have zero value.Where negotiations breakdown is when you the negotiator starts injecting ego & other insecurity emotions, which creates resistance. 

I didn't mean to be selfish...should have thought about that first. :)Basically the deals are a straightforward A-B B-C transaction.

It could just be that im a selfish jerk, but it goes against human nature to help direct competition. 

That is Not for selfish reasons but we did loose a son ,Something you never get over and the wife and I still would like to HONOR him in some way .

Honestly, I am just getting started in my own investing, but I am proposing this idea for selfish reasons—I would love to belong to such a group down the road (I fully recognize that I wouldn’t meet any entrance requirements for a while).Really, the BP forums already exist for information sharing and learning from each other, but the forums are populated with a large number of casual pedestrians, and with popularity soaring, the forums are getting bombarded with a number of questions which some of the more advanced members may find a bit elementary (and possibly drive away these experienced investors).

Lack of discretion here is a huge red flag: it's pretty selfish to lay this type of  secret on a friend.

Also, call me selfish, but I don't want to waste my time investigating or learning about someone, when they haven't even seen the place and liked it, and stated they want to move forward.     

Keep the rent coming in, people are selfish, stuff like this happens.

Since we are into labels (Socialists, communists, fascists - which by the way, historically the last one doesn't really mix with the first two)How about those selfish, heartless, money grabbing, "It's about me and screw you" capitalist republican and so called libertarians, UH?
