Good points I try to target a price range basically a starter  home  that is affordable in  A,B area . 

From what we can find, houses with piers in the neighborhood have largely had to go very deep (90-120 ft), so estimates from local foundation contractors are ranging from 70-130k.  

He had a tech job and we talked the business and he was legit and when meeting the family, they were very respectful. 

That being said, you could be the individual who helps identify this respective vendor.

Today this would be possible in high priced markets were your average loans are more in the 500k range so only 10 a month.. like CA  NJ  Denver and ski areas . 

You can give yourself confidence by running numbers and giving a confidence range to the assumptions.

With all respect to AirDNA and the amazing data they provide for STR owners, their pricing tool is not on par with most tools available there. 

Since they have proven they do not have any respect for you, they will not have any respect for your property, etiher.
