Where did you make connections to reputable, affordable contractors?

@Femi Ibrahim New Western has a terrible reputation here in Dallas.

The sponsor’s reputation was most important.

We know most of the reputable contractors in our neck of the woods. 

@Bob RooksJWB does have a good reputation, have been in business a long time, and are vertically integrated.  

I feel as if Praxis Capital is being held up as a model of a preeminent Sponsor with a pristine reputation that knew exactly how to time the market and knew how to time their exit.

Show as many pictures and loud barks as you like to try to convince others you are a reputable company.People you admire and respect (I won't list names) have asked you to just STOP taking my content and just do your own thing. 

I am looking to seller finance my rental home to a married couple, however i we are looking for reputable law firms/ attorneys in the bay area who have experience in Seller Financing transaction.

Offer a market normal commission to buyer agent of 2-3% depending on your area and pay $99 for a reputable Flat Fee Listing company and your profit is boosted exponentially.
