Local leaders have had their heads in the sand regarding growth, and infrastructure has lagged terribly, resulting in terrible traffic.    

Then we sit quietly and tolerate that things are not working, or not working as well as we would like them to.In my opinion it is when we do not treat people as high performers, and do not hold them and ourselves accountable for doing our 100% best, we fail as leaders.

As my profile will read, I am very new to investing but I have been listening to BP podcasts religiously for about two weeks now and I can honestly say it has already helped answer a few questions for me.

For the last 6 weeks I've been almost religiously reading BiggerPockets blogs and listening to (almost) any podcast I can get my hands on. 

The person running it was looking to be a leader with a bunch of followers, at least that's how I felt.
