And leave it at that.My 4 unit is a former general store and as with many small, old towns, the rear was the mortuary/embalming location before the bodies were then taken back to homes for the wake/funeral.

So I was hoping to get the suggestion from some body who is involved in real estate ( a flipper , an agent , a lender) as this might be a famous concern among their clients .

With all the desert surrounding Las Vegas, one would think there is an abundant amount of land to bury dead bodies or build new homes.

So, I do not receive a "commission" from a wholesale as receiving a commission is one of the factors regulatory agencies here weigh.
