I think I will fall way short of that but I have things (marriage, kids, coaching wrestling) that have come up in life that have made me redirect my focus.

Common message is what methods or how a work is being done, I redirect them into a construction encyclopedia and read it, if it's not there, then ask me -- they never come back, guess they want a shortcut or don't want to spend the time and money learning it first hand.

Those goals include selling a couple long term rentals over the next few months that are out of state and re-directing my focus into a new market.
