this was one of my first posts and cant express how surprised, and grateful i am, at the quick and helpful responses.i have a phone interview today at 4pm for Freedom Mentor's program (Phil Pustejovski). although, im reconsidering signing up, and taking your guys' advice; ill extend them the courtesy and hear them out, and make sure im not missing anything.

I do hope you reconsider the mobile home angle as they are difficult to finance to buy as well as to sell and holding them long term will create more problems in management, IMO.

I offered to reconsider the application if they paid off their prior landlord...and the conversation went silent.So now I'm wondering what everyone else does.  

If it doesn't sell, have them reconsider their price and try again at a more realistic number or walk away.

If it's too emotional to see the grass die, your window screens disappear and a bunch of crap be in the yard, then maybe reconsider, ya know?  

It should state your property can remain, and that you are allowed to rebuild/repair the same structure for the most part.Have their underwriter reconsider with that.

But to much fixing has us reconsidering the idea on this one.
