I was in the process of rebuilding and repairing my credit when this all happened.

I can save $2500/month after all my expenses and am in the process of rebuilding my credit.

"Having recently divorced, I am rebuilding..." or "When I was in the Marines (like you), ...".

But property is too expensive for me to even concieve of owning any. but as a birdog example I presently have my eye on a property with a tear down and rebuild of triple townhouse.

Perhaps it to early, but real estate experts in Israel feel that to one's great regret of the destruction in Lebanon, its look that after the cease-fire the all area will rise into peaceful time for at least 10 years.The entry of international forces into south Lebanon will bring the powerful countries to invest billions to help the villages to rebuild their homes.

One thing for sure....there should be great opportunity to profit from the re-building that taking place in your great state.

Are you able to return to your investment property and put in the time to rebuild it?

:lol: The fact is that if property owners in high risk areas were completely responsible for the risk they represent, there would be fewer of you living there.It really chaps my frozen a** that I'm up here chippin' ice so I can subsidize those of you that keep building and re-building on the glorious sand-bar called Florida.

If anyone can help please do we need the right advice can not afford to do anything wrong right now since we are trying to rebuild our credit which I know is a long road but we ran into a bad situation.
