Hi,I need some guidance on which direction / approach to take , in my pursuit and goal of acquiring Rental properties, while at the same time flipping a house here or there to use the profit from the sale, to pay for the 20% down, on the next Rental.My two main questions are .....1.

Here's my back story:Several years ago I read "The Millionaire Next Door" and "The 4-Hour Work Week", and the main point I took away was that a 9-5 job is likely not the ideal path to a high-quality life of financial freedom, pursuit of interests, long-term wealth-building, and quality family time.  

To be more successful, you simply have to work on the other elements to progress your REI pursuit.
