You have to try to promote it in the events here and in local Facebook groups for investors which they will have.2.

I would also throw in Facebook, and spring the extra money for the promotion.

The promoters would make the same claim.

It's a myth promoted by ignorant "influencers" on social media.

My advice would be to make sure your purchase and sale agreement has a marketing & assignability clause so you protect your rights to promote not only the contract but the property.

I try to focus on the policy or behavior, not the party or ideology promoting it.

You need to have a purchase and sale agreement in place with a marketing clause to be able to promote a property.
